Fun Activities to do while visiting Kells
We are delighted to announce the return of Causey ice-cream adventure. Icecream Adventure was a whole new departure for Causey Farm last year and what a success it was - imagination, creativity, wide open spaces, a host of woolly, hairy and silky-eared animals, friendly characters (highly memorable for their quirky personalities), challenges, games and of course a scoop of the finest creamy deliciousness for every single visitor!
This year Causey added extra adventurelets - Story-time Willow Trail by artist Simon McQuaid is a sight to behold and comes complete with a friendly storyteller. Giant domino challenge has lots of extra dominos to captivate your young (and old) civil engineers. The pond is now home to five giant swans (these have an extra charge) and you can pedal around the islands on them.
Hailey O Shillelagh's Flower House has had a Spring clean and some 'brand new' furniture! He is still trying to get his Sky TV tuned in all over the house! The Dairy Fairy is ready to welcome everyone and you can express your inner artist in the Blackboard Zone. The football mazes are back - bigger and better, and the giant bubbles will continue to entice people back to them again and again.
It is going to be a Summer of magical outdoor fun and Causey Icecream Adventure is a fantastic day out for all the family.
Tickets are €12 mid-week and €13.50 at weekends from June 25th to August 31st. Babies and one year olds are free of charge and there is a €5 discount for carers. Tickets are now on sale.
